Healthy Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bars

Welllll these were finished in 2 minutes! They were a huge hit and couldn’t be easier. Everything goes in the blender and then baked for about 15 minutes and they are warm and chocolatey and soooo good. I like adding cinnamon and maple syrup for a little warming spice and sweetness too! And they are vegan and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 large overripe banana
  • 1/2 cup favorite plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • handful of chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add everything into a blender except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a greased baking dish into an even layer. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.

Bake for about 15 minutes, and serve warm! Enjoy!!
