Graza Olive Oil Dip

When you have really great ingredients, simple things can transform into something truly special. Starting with Graza’s “Drizzle” olive oil, a little garlic, balsamic, rosemary, olives and sundried tomatoes and fresh crusty sourdough to spoon it all up. It’s the best!!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Graza “Drizzle” olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. manzanilla olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tbsp. sundried tomatoes
  • salt and black pepper
  • Fresh sourdough bread or baguette

Directions

In a small shallow plate or bowl drizzle the olive oil and balsamic, add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Rip off the bread and spoon it up! Enjoy!!
