This is my new favorite juice!! It is so refreshing, and perfect to make right after a workout to stay hydrated.
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- 1 small beet, cooked and peeled
- 2/3 cup water
- 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Place all in a blender and mix it up!

This sounds fantastic! I want to start serving this at the coffeeshop!! I don’t know much about beets…what do they do for you in this drink? Is it for taste or does it have health benefits?
It adds a awesome rich red color to the juice and a certain sweetness that brightens up the watermelon. As for health benefits I know there are a lot out there but I read that they lower blood pressure, fights inflammation, and helps boost stamina! Let me know what you think!
