Vanilla Almond Milk
I love using this for cereal, in smoothies, and in baking! Or, just after a workout straight out of the pitcher 😉
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole raw almonds
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions
Take the almonds and soak them in water for either 8 hours or overnight. Strain the almonds out of the water. Place them into a blender with 4 cups of new, fresh water, vanilla and honey. Blend until smooth. Then, run the milk through cheese cloth to strain all the almonds out. Squeeze out every last bit of this beautiful milk. Chill and enjoy!
