Spiced Pumpkin Cranberry Smoothies

I find over the holidays that I always have leftover pumpkin puree that needs to be used up. So what better way than a festive smoothie. It’s perfect for breakfast or after a workout!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup plain, vanilla or banana yogurt
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or just cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and combine until smooth. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon to garnish!
