S’more’s Clusters
If you’ve ever shopped at Costco and had the pleasure of trying these you know how addicting they are. I had to figure out how to make them at home immediately. They are just as good if not better, and so easy to make!! Graham crackers with caramel, marshmallows and dipped in dark chocolate. Then finished off with flakey sea salt. Make a lot, or a couple either way they are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 10 Graham crackers broken up
- caramel (homemade or store bought)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Place broken pieces of the graham crackers down.
Drizzle each one with a little bit of caramel.
Sprinkle with a couple mini marshmallows.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a bowl place in the microwave for 30 seconds intervals until melted.
Dunk or dip each one in the melted chocolate and drip off any access chocolate. Place on the parchment and continue with the rest. Place in the fridge to set and harden for at least 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
