Mexican Corn
Happy summer!! These are perfect for the backyard BBQ or for 4th of July right around the corner!
Ingredients
- 2-4 corn cobs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- sprinkle of grated parmesan
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When it comes to boil, cook corn for 6-8 minutes. Then in a small bowl melt together the butter and garlic in the microwave. When melted stir in the cilantro. Brush mixture onto the corn cobs and sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, squeeze of lime juice on each corn and finish with the parmesan!! We can’t stop eating them, hope you enjoy as much as we do!!
