Edible Protein Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Where are all the cookie dough lovers?! I have eaten raw cookie dough for as long as I can remember. That’s some of the best memories I have as a kid. Sitting on the counter helping my mom make cookies and just eating the spatula. But, I felt like it was finally time to try and make a healthier version that you can truly eat by the spoonful guilt-free. My kids stole and ate almost the whole bowl! So I know it’s a good one!
Ingredients
- 1 oz vanilla protein powder (I used Clean simple eats)
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium bowl combine together protein powder, creamy almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix together with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Then add in the oat flour and oats and stir until combined. Finally mix in the chocolate chips. Enjoy by the spoonful!
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
