Blueberry & Almond Smoothie

This is so easy and quick to make for breakfast or right after a workout. It fills you right up!!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups almond milk, homemade if possible
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
