Baked Pita Chips with Rosemary Salt

These are great for a snack or an appetizer. Make extra because they will be gone!!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Pita bread, I use Holyland Pita Bread
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Take the stack of pita bread and cut them in half. Cut that half in half and then once again so you get little triangles. Lay flat on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Flip half way through, and bake until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the salt and rosemary. Sprinkle over the pita chips when they come out of the oven and are still warm.
