Spiced Pecans
These are so easy and so much fun to make! They will get eaten by the handfuls so make sure to make extra! The pecans are full of so many flavors, nutty, sweet, salty and spicy. My family can’t get enough!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans, raw and unsalted
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. yellow curry powder
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk the egg whites and water together in a medium bowl. Add the pecans and toss all together to coat all the nuts. Sprinkle over all the sugar and spices toss everything together to cover all the pecans. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or tin-foil, for easy clean up.

Spread pecans onto prepared cookie sheet to make a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring them once or twice in cooking process. Keep an eye on them or they will burn!
