Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream

With just a couple simple ingredients and no ice cream machine needed this is so simple and easy to make. The ice cream base is just heavy cream whipped into soft peaks and mixed with condensed milk to sweeten it. Sift in some cocoa powder and a little touch of vanilla then fold in the crushed Oreos, it’s perfectly creamy will satisfy any ice cream cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

Directions

In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Add in the vanilla extract and sifted cocoa powder and then stir in the condensed milk. Continue to mix until everything is combined. Then stir in the crushed oreos.

Pour into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap directly touching the ice cream. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight. If solid let it sit out for 10 minutes before scooping and enjoy!
