Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 3/4 cup dragon fruit
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup

Directions

Add all the fruit and simple syrup into a blender and puree until smooth.

Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Or use frozen fruit and it will already be cold. Then pour into ice cream machine and churn for about 20 minutes. Pour into loaf pan or quart container, cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to overnight. Let it sit out for at least 5-10 minutes before scooping. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

-To make the simple syrup combine 1/2 sugar and 1/2 cup water into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves. About 5 minutes. Let cool completely before using.
