Pimento Dip
Never underestimate this old school southern classic! This dip is so easy and comes together in minutes. Perfect for the big game gathering! With just a couple ingredients you can dip crackers, crostini, vegetables or spread it on sandwiches. It’s creamy cheesy and a little sweet and spicy. It’s delicious!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz jar, pimentos, diced and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and black pepper
- crackers or vegetables for dipping
Directions
In a food processor with a metal blade attachment, add cream cheese and whip until smooth. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and add in the pimentos, garlic, shredded cheddar cheese and continue whipping it until it’s smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon into a bowl and serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables. Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
