Cantaloupe Strawberry Sorbet with Basil
Need a little something to cool off on these hot summer days? This is the perfect thing. It’s dairy and sugar-free so it’s very healthy. You can also substitute almost any frozen fruit if you wish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cantaloupe, medium diced and frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 4-5 strawberries
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions
In a food processor with a metal blade attachment, add all the ingredients until completely smooth. If it gets too soft in the food processor place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Spoon into dishes and garnish with a little basil or maybe sweetened whipped cream. Â Store in the freezer, it will be good for up to a week.
